We will be making the trek back to Kentucky next month to visit the distillers at Yellowstone and Willet, however, in the meantime our team just took part in a new program from Angel’s Envy that allows us to create our very own custom proofed barrel pick!
It’s been a busy week with new arrivals almost daily but the big news is the Four Roses OESV Damn Good Barrel Pick is in the house!
If you’ve had our original pick, the OBSF, you will find this one considerably different in style than our first.
I’m often asked what is my “favorite” whiskey.
Let’s just say I have a lot of “favorites.” Lol.
When speaking to staff and guests about the many whiskies I love I’m often reminded that I seem to say that about almost every whiskey I present!

While the rest of the world toils to find those elusive bottles of Blanton’s Single Barrel Bourbon, the boys at Warren went straight to the source, cut to the chase and cut out the middleman! lol
Yes! We were able to purchase an entire new barrel from Buffalo Trace in September and those bottles just arrived at the restaurant this week!
A determined team from Warren traveled to Kentucky this past Fall with the sole purpose of securing some great new barrels from our distiller friends in the Mecca!
I was able to join Brian and Jared as well as two of our esteemed WCC members to the Barton Distillery, makers of 1792, and taste through multiple barrels of their Bottled-in-Bond bourbon.
The first month at Warren American Whiskey Kitchen has been absolute fire!! Thanks to all of our new regulars and friends for making this first month an absolute killer! We are loving sharing Jen & Luis’ great cuisine with you along with our nearly 1000 bottles of whiskey, the largest restaurant collection in the state of Florida!
Last week I enjoyed putting together a “Buffalo Trace” flight for several guests at the special Warren tasting bar that included Blanton’s, Colonel EH Taylor, Weller Full Proof 114 and of course, last but far from least, Van Winkle 20! That flight truly had a “Pappy” ending!! Lol. Cheers!!
