Another wild week out West at Warren is in the books and Bourbon Heritage Month rolls on this week featuring one of my absolute favorite distilleries: Michter’s! ( And please, it’s pronounced like “Mickters” not “Mishters!” Lol.)
I’ll be flying in to Kentucky tomorrow to meet the boys and a few of our lucky cocktail club members to tour the famous Barton Distillery in Bardstown!!
1792 is one of the best bourbons I’ve ever drank and I cannot wait to meet the master distiller and taste from some of their barrels. We won’t be leaving the distillery until we’ve bought one!!
The partners will be moving on to several other distilleries and adding to our already robust 17 Damn Good Hospitality Barrel Picks.
Check back later in the week as I’ll be posting pics from the Kentucky trip as well as updates on our selections!
Cheers, Mates!!

Bourbon Month AND Negroni Week!!!
National Bourbon Heritage Month keeps rolling along at the Warren and the first two weeks we celebrated two of our favorite distilleries: Willet & Heaven Hill!!
Next up? The innovators at Four Roses Distillery!
Each week we’re making select flights featuring expertly placed selections from some of our favorite whiskey makers!
Tomorrow is also the start of Negroni week and we will be featuring our classic version, a special Boulvardier and a surprise Negroni riff concocted by our staff of experienced mixologists!!
The Warren Train keeps rolling and we look forward to seeing you at your favorite new restaurant and making you part of our family!!
Cheers!
National (Kentucky) Bourbon Heritage Week kicked off September 1 and we started celebrating some of our favorite bourbon distillers with the famous Willet Distillery.
Yep! All the vintage bourbon and ryes (going up to the 22 year!) were on display and our flight of the week featured the Willet Pot Still, Rowan’s Creek, Johnny Drum and Pure Kentucky XO 107. (The latter featured in all of our craft, house, Old Fashioneds!!
Tomorrow starts a new week and we will be featuring one of our all-time favorites; Heaven Hill Distillery!! Rumor has it that the amazing Michelle Shaw might make an appearance and hand our guests some free samples!
Here’s a nice nugget: Did you know that out of our 1000 bottles of whiskey that nearly 600 are bourbons? That’s tough to top anywhere!
Stay tuned for some exciting news as we head back to Kentucky later this month to taste and buy some new barrels!
Hey, did I forget to mention we just secured two bottles of the much anticipated, infamous Colonel EH Taylor Warehouse “C?”!!! Yes!!!
Cheers!

Mr. Patterson Does It Again!
Another wild week at Warren was highlighted by a new addition and very special arrival: The Dalmore 35 Year Single Malt!
This very special release is housed in Baccarat crystal and was aged in three different barrels: ex-bourbon, Matusalem Sherry and Colheita Port!
It is a very rich, full-bodied Highland single malt with zero smoke and moderate sweetness. Notes of raisins, orange zest, bananas, chestnuts and coffee are all present and make this one very special scotch.
Rumor has it that the Dalmore 40 year is also on the way to Warren! Are you kidding! We’re not! It’s what we do! All the best for our whiskey loving guests!!
Cheers!!

Better Late Bourbon Than Never!
Things keep rolling at our new restaurant as we make new friends and regulars every day! It really has been an amazing first ten weeks for this fun new venue we call our work home! There really is no place like Warren!
VIP ticket holders for our partners at the Bourbon and Bacon Fest finally got their whiskey tasting seminar that was canceled earlier this year due to the Covid-19 virus.
Over 50 guests showed up recently at Warren and were treated to a tasting of Buffalo Trace, Colonel Taylor Single Barrel, Weller Antique 107 and a little George T. Stagg, Jr. to cap it off!
These fine spirits, all from your favorite distillery, were paired with delicious food from our two amazing chefs: Luis and Jen!
The seminar was held in the Warren Room and many attendees stayed after for dinner and more spirits. Amazing!
Stay tuned for more events coming soon at Warren! We aim to be THE place for whiskey education, dinners, seminars, tastings and all things brown spirits!!
Cheers!!

I’m asked almost every night how to get a seat at the Warren Bar!
While the Warren Cocktail Club members always get first dibs on those seats we still have openings during the week to invite our friends and guests to sit there, have dinner and/or shareables and let me explore our nearly 1000 whiskies with our friends and guests!
Not everyone likes whiskey. Or at least they think they don’t. But I have whiskey for people who feel that way. And half the time, as your “spiritual advisor,” I am able to “convert” those non-believers and get them exploring a second taste and sometimes even a third! It’s one of the many things I love about my job!!
If I try a non-whiskey drinker on what I believe to be one of the smoothest, easiest drinking whiskies I know and they take a sip and still make a face like a kid drinking cough medicine, I will simply say; “ok, thanks for playing, let’s get you your glass of Santa Margharita! LOL! But I always appreciate people trying!!
To book a seat at the Warren Bar simply text me at: 561-777-4848. Or call the restaurant at 561-455-4177. This coming week is booked solid but I do seatings nightly from Tuesday through Saturday and there are openings next week. First seating is at 6pm and the late seating starts at 8:15pm!
I look forward to hosting you and the most important thing we can do is have fun and enjoy the experience of exploring this incredible collection of whiskey together!! And if you’ve not tried our cuisine you’re in for an amazing surprise! Our chefs, Jen and Luis, are killing it!!
Cheers!!

Sherry Oaked For Sure!
What an amazing week at Warren once again! We made the national news with a fantastic feature in the latest issue of “In-Touch” magazine!
So much happening every night at our beautiful, new restaurant and we’re making new friends and fans daily. The staff has jelled nicely and our kitchen rock stars continue to roll out incredible cuisine! So excited to be a part of this amazing team!
On Wednesday we were treated to a single malt seminar from Raquel, the Macallan’s National Ambassador!! This person shares our wild passion for brown spirits and it showed in her amazing, informative presentation! It was truly one of the best spirit seminars I’ve been a part of. (And I’ve been involved in a few! Lol).
Warren Cocktail Club membership is almost full! Visit our website for more info and to sign up now! There are only a few spots left!
Looking forward to another wild week at Warren! Ya gotta love this place!!
Cheers!

The first month at Warren American Whiskey Kitchen has been absolute fire!! Thanks to all of our new regulars and friends for making this first month an absolute killer! We are loving sharing Jen & Luis’ great cuisine with you along with our nearly 1000 bottles of whiskey, the largest restaurant collection in the state of Florida!
Last week I enjoyed putting together a “Buffalo Trace” flight for several guests at the special Warren tasting bar that included Blanton’s, Colonel EH Taylor, Weller Full Proof 114 and of course, last but far from least, Van Winkle 20! That flight truly had a “Pappy” ending!! Lol. Cheers!!
Bogie, meet your Pappy!
AND MORE BIG BOTTLES!!!
We’re getting ready to load our thousand bottle library into their new home soon but meanwhile we just picked up a couple of my all-time faves!
